What licensing and publishing services do you provide?
We provide a full suite of licensing, publishing and art development services, including image licensing, custom art development, trend interpretation, and artwork adaptation for a wide range of product categories and brands.
How large is your image library?
Our library contains more than 27,000 curated artworks, and we add approximately 150–200 new images monthly to support evolving trends, seasonal collections, and brand-specific needs.
What product categories can your images be licensed for?

Can you adapt artwork to fit different materials, shapes or manufacturing specifications?
Yes. We routinely reformat, resize, recolor, and refine artwork to suit product templates, printing methods, pattern repeats, and manufacturing specifications.
What substrates and materials do you print on?
We print on a wide variety of substrates, including satin, matte, watercolor and textured papers, canvas, textured canvas, acrylic, metal, and wood. Test prints and samples are available upon request.
Do you provide trend guidance or seasonal direction?
Yes. Our team offers interpretation, color direction, and category-specific insights to support product development teams and retailers seeking fresh, market-relevant designs.
Can you support high-volume or multi-category licensing programs?
Yes. Our library size, in-house Creative Team, and vertically integrated production capabilities allow us to support large-scale, multi-category licensing programs with efficiency and consistency.
What does your end-to-end licensed artwork development process include?
The process includes artwork selection, adaptation or customization (if required), sample creation, approval, and final file delivery aligned to your manufacturing standards. For printed artwork, we also handle production and shipping.
Do you offer exclusivity for licensed imagery?
Yes. Exclusive licenses can be arranged depending on the artwork, product category, territory, and duration of the agreement. We work with you to structure the rights you need.
Can you guide artwork development for private-label or brand-exclusive collections?
Yes! We frequently collaborate with product developers, design teams, and retailers to create proprietary collections exclusive to their brand or category.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on destination, service level (standard or expedited), package size and weight, plus any applicable duties or import fees. A detailed quote is provided once we receive your order and delivery information.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping depends on the order type. Gallery orders ship direct to consumers in Canada, Licensing orders ship worldwide, and Hospitality orders ship to the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), Europe, and the U.K.
What is the processing time for prints?
Prints typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Timelines may vary during peak periods, but we make every effort to process orders promptly.
What are your frames made of?
Our frames are crafted from high-quality wood or durable polystyrene, depending on the selected style.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact your Sales Representative or our Licensing Team at licensing@pifineart.com, as soon as possible. Orders already in production may not be eligible for cancellation.
