Do you ship internationally?
For direct-to-consumer orders, we currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.
All U.S. orders are produced and fulfilled within the United States, and all Canadian orders are produced and fulfilled within Canada. As a result, customers do not incur additional cross-border duties or tariff-related charges at delivery.
Licensing orders ship worldwide, and Hospitality orders ship to the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA), Europe, and the U.K.
Will I have to pay tariffs, duties, or import fees?
No. Orders are produced and fulfilled domestically within the country of delivery whenever possible. Customers in Canada and the United States will not incur additional tariff or import charges upon delivery.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and generally arrive within 5–10 business days across the continental United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and seasonal demand. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option you select.
How is artwork packaged?
Every piece is carefully packaged using eco-friendly materials, including recycled corrugated boxes and protective cushioning. Your artwork is secured to prevent movement during transit, ensuring it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery throughout the United States. The carrier used for your order will depend on the destination, package size, and service level selected. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer express or insured shipping?
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Available options appear based on your delivery location.
When is shipping free?
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $99.99 USD or more, before tax. The free shipping option appears automatically at checkout with a qualifying order.
Can I pick up my order locally?
At this time, local pickup is not available for orders within the United States. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.
